How we work

See it working on your data. Then decide.

The pattern is simple: show the buyer their own problem solved first, then price a small fixed-fee pilot that can be measured. No slideware, no hourly billing, no daytime presence required.

The process

Four steps from first call to handover.

  1. Step 1

    15-minute call

You describe the problem. We ask what it costs you today.

  2. Step 2

    Written scope within 48 hours

Deliverables, fee, dates and exclusions, in writing.

  3. Step 3

Fixed fee, half up front, half on delivery

No hourly billing. Changes need a new written scope.

  4. Step 4

    Delivery inside the window

A weekly written update, then a recorded handover.

Principles

What you can hold us to.

Proof before commitment

Before you pay for a build, you see your own problem solved in a short demo or a recorded walkthrough on your documents and your process. Then the first paid step is small and measured.

Fixed fee, written scope

Deliverables, fee, dates and exclusions in writing within 48 hours of the first call. Half up front, half on delivery. Changes get a new written scope, never a surprise invoice.

Async by default

One scheduled session per package. Live calls are early morning or evening Pacific. Everything else is a weekly written update, a shared queue and recorded handovers your team can rewatch.

Your team owns the result

Every build ships with a runbook, test cases and a rollback path. If you would rather we own it, that is what the retainer is for.

Honest about fit

A go/kill memo that says kill is a successful memo. If the answer is a vendor, or CargoLens, or nothing at all, you hear it before anyone builds.

Built by someone who shipped

Ryan designed, built and shipped CargoLens, a production AI inspection app on both app stores. Most of the work on an AI product starts after the demo. He has done that part.

Who you work with

The person on the call is the person who ships.

Who you work with

Ryan Anderson

Founder and CEO, Sentria Inc.

Ryan is a WMS product manager with 12 years in WMS and warehouse operations. On his own time he designed, built and shipped CargoLens alone: a mobile app live on both app stores, a web portal, AI photo damage analysis, a local capture queue with retry, per-inspection PDF reports, and the CI/CD and release automation behind it. Every Sentria engagement is delivered by him directly, in English or Spanish.

  • WMS product work for warehouse and 3PL operations
  • Shipped production AI: CargoLens on Google Play and the App Store
  • Agents and MCP servers wired into existing systems
  • Fluent Spanish for Mexico nearshoring operators

Guarantee

The risk sits with us.

Review and go/kill memo

If the memo does not give you a go/kill decision you can act on, we refund it. The review fee is credited in full against a build started within 30 days.

Fixed-scope build

Stop at the midpoint and keep everything delivered. The second half is never invoiced.
